Atrial Fibrillation with RVR and multiform QRS

Male in 30's had been drinking, then vomiting, then became weak:
It is irregularly irregular without P-waves, and thus is atrial fibrillation.
There are some aberrantly conducted beats, in various morphologies.
However, this is NOT Atrial Fib with WPW.  
There are no very short R-R intervals.
It is Atrial Fibrillation with variously aberrant conduction.  


Because he was so symptomatic, and it was acute onset, we gave him fluids first, then propofol sedation, then cardioversion:
