On the other hand, when there is subendocardial ischemia, ST depression is usually in V3-V6, or in BOTH III, aVF ("inferior") AND V3-V6.Steve Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08027289511840815536noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-549949223388475481.post-83445166578653977462011-04-28T08:48:24.871-05:002011-04-28T08:48:24.871-05:00Vince, you are absolutely right! Does your statement mean to imply that specifically depression in the inferior leads is more often than not reciprocal to elevation?akroezehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08672077465468282006noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-549949223388475481.post-51668681609024676672011-04-27T02:56:44.758-05:002011-04-27T02:56:44.758-05:00This is subtle and of no consequence to the outcom...This is subtle and of no consequence to the outcome, but about 160ms before each PVC in the first tracing there are little blips that make me believe they are actually PACs with aberrancy. The fourth beat is also a PAC, but with less aberrant conduction. Do you agree, or am I reading too much into it?<br />As always, thanks for the amazing blog, I've learned so much reading both this and your book.VinceDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14882359489508540203noreply@blogger.com
