i am sorry to say that i wou...truly excellent, Dan.
i am sorry to say that i would not have seen this. certainly not on an ekg handed me by our tech to sign off on. but even if this was my patient form the start, i certainly might not have seen the pseudo-normalization in V2-3.
the inferior leads may very well have caught my eye. see especially lead II. and compare the rhythm strips at the base of the old and first ecg. even i might see that, and at least get serial ecg's, hopefully a posterior lead ecg , and now a formal echo.
thank you, Dan
tomtfierohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15955268501222734373noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-549949223388475481.post-80567671236614913832018-09-29T09:28:13.145-05:002018-09-29T09:28:13.145-05:00Thank you Dr. Jones.Thank you Dr. Jones.Daniel Leehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07461861704824951721noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-549949223388475481.post-16235448362081734572018-09-29T09:18:24.977-05:002018-09-29T09:18:24.977-05:00Amazing postAmazing postNadav shouahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17330808847744006766noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-549949223388475481.post-36057058124058678112018-09-29T07:19:44.654-05:002018-09-29T07:19:44.654-05:00Dr. Lee...
Let me begin by saying that this is on...Dr. Lee...

Let me begin by saying that this is one of the best presentations I have seen on this website and also one of the most important! Congratulations! As we move away from the "STE-standard" for diagnosis of OMI, we must be aware of the significance of the RELATIVE nature of ST deviation. After all, the ECG is nothing but a graph of voltage plotted against time. I think we should be paying more attention to the displacement and the direction of displacement of the ST segment rather than absolute values of ST elevation.

Thanks again for this excellent presentation. You have a great future in medicine ahead of you!

Jerry W. Jones, MD FACEP FAAEMJerry W. Jones, MD FACEP FAAEMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10333187745825224414noreply@blogger.com
