(anterolateral STEMI from proximal LAD occlusion). In RBBB, T-waves are often concordant with the upright R-wave. They are, however, usually discordant with the wide S-wave (or R' wave in V1-V3).Steve Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08027289511840815536noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-549949223388475481.post-55261825448405172022013-03-18T03:12:13.829-05:002013-03-18T03:12:13.829-05:00But there is still RBBB with concordant T waves in...But there is still RBBB with concordant T waves in the inferior leads, doesn't that speak for ischemia, too?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10807079731556500879noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-549949223388475481.post-88068103286859054152011-02-22T08:14:10.813-06:002011-02-22T08:14:10.813-06:00There is indeed LAD occlusion, and lateral injury,...There is indeed LAD occlusion, and lateral injury, but NO inferior injury. What appears to be ST elevation in inferior leads is only a prolonged QRS. There is indeed minimal STE in II and aVF, but there is, in fact, reciprocal ST depression in lead III.Steve Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08027289511840815536noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-549949223388475481.post-63403796095085466842011-02-21T19:50:53.606-06:002011-02-21T19:50:53.606-06:00sinus bradycardia with bigeminy PVC, retrograde at...sinus bradycardia with bigeminy PVC, retrograde atrial capture, RBBB, anteroseptal and inferolateral myocardial injury. definitely LAD occlusionjohn samuelhttp://buzugeecardiology.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-549949223388475481.post-56145379334396621712009-04-24T19:01:00.000-05:002009-04-24T19:01:00.000-05:00You have a nice blog
