Thanks for your comment! If I understand your ...Hi. Thanks for your comment! If I understand your question correctly — I indicate in My Comment above the reasons why I WOULD be immediately concerned: i) the worrisome history in this patient with known severe coronary disease; ii) the shape of ST segments in multiple leads on the initial ECG (See my slanted blue lines in my Figure-1 above); and iii) Especially after seeing the previous tracing — since I believe there are clear CHANGES in ST-T wave shape in multiple leads compared to this patient's prior tracing. Dr. Smith's calculations that he describes above adds to the concern. I hope our concerns make sense — :)ECG Interpretationhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02309020028961384995noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-549949223388475481.post-38273058304114331112019-06-03T09:33:06.645-05:002019-06-03T09:33:06.645-05:00Good question. serial troponins were negative!Good question. serial troponins were negative!Steve Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08027289511840815536noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-549949223388475481.post-28739325341522544832019-06-03T03:01:51.941-05:002019-06-03T03:01:51.941-05:00Thanks again for sharing.
